For years,

Kasqade is visual perception software for industry, which means anything you can see can be done with Kasqade. Applications range from process monitoring to logistics workflow auditing to safety improvements.
We do not do in-line quality control cases such as microscopic defect detection, visual product identification for high mix SKU environments (>50 SKUs), or use cases like crowd control, theft prevention, or self-checkout in retail.
Security camera vendors and VMS providers have started offering vision AI use cases out of the box. However, these are restricted to cookie-cutter cases such as people detection, motion sensing, and license plate reading.
Kasqade offers a fully tailormade approach with advanced video AI: our software can tell whether someone walking in a no-go zone is the forklift driver or a pedestrian, what the cycle time of complex processes is, or count how many pallets were loaded onto a specific truck.
Kasqade is not a VMS replacement, we do not store your footage and are not the interface to monitor your entire security system. We add intelligence to a select amount of camera feeds, and relay the events and KPIs to where they need to go.
Using video footage of the work floor includes employees, which is why Kasqade has been built with privacy in mind from day one. Kasqade does not offer solutions used to monitor or punish personnel, which is why we commit to a few rules:
Yes, Kasqade does not sell or install new cameras. However, customers often install new cameras themselves, or through an integrator, with which Kasqade can then work.
Kasqade works brand-agnostic with any CCTV operating the RTSP protocol, and supports a selection of other IP cameras.
All our customer deployments run at a production-validated 99%+.
Depending on the application, we will determine a suitable benchmark upfront together with the customer. Ideally Kasqade makes no mistakes, but at the very least we should be much more accurate and consistent than any human would be staring at multiple cameras 24/7.
Our proprietary approach means this accuracy holds for all kinds of environments, different use cases, rare events… the Proof of Concept is meant to give you an indication of how accurate it truly is.
Pricing is based on a per-camera subscription model, with volume discounts as the camera count goes up. One subscription covers the entire camera, no limit on use cases per camera.
POC cost is based on the estimated effort from our team, charged per day at a market rate. Typical effort is 2-5 days.
If customers require local processing for privacy or security reasons, the purchase of an edge device will be required. A device capable of handling up to 8 cameras in parallel costs roughly 4,000 EUR. Upon request, we can pass through a device at a 20% markup for admin & handling.
Expected payback time for Kasqade is a few weeks.
Kasqade was built to start working from the first week. This means we minimize our own overhead, which in turn means we can keep pricing very competitive.
Kasqade is able to run proof of concepts in a week. For those tracks, typically the effort required from the customer is about 1-2 days.
At the start of the POC, you will need half a day from the IT team to set up the necessary access and configuration, and about one day from the process expert to validate the POC and provide feedback.
Yes. In fact, that is the entire goal of our software. Although we offer a user interface with dashboard, our ambition is to be the eyes (and ears) first so we can relay the relevant information to systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, QHSE, PowerBI, PLC, or just Teams or Outlook.

Only for a limited time during setup. Once running, there is only outgoing traffic which is required to share data with your other systems mentioned above. We have a strict IT security posture and encourage our customers to do the same.
The people running production or logistics are using Kasqade most, but anyone can do it. All it takes is a log-in to the Kasqade application, or in case there is an integration with another system any user of that system can benefit from Kasqade.
Kasqade offers business hours support by default, customers can purchase an extension for on-call 24/7 availability for production-critical issues. Our team can share a standard SLA.
Change requests (new camera, process change, new policies in place) can be done by Kasqade at a predetermined hourly rate.
