When you visit our website, we may collect basic analytics data such as page views, referral source, and device type. When you request a pilot or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you share in your message.
Kasqade processes video feeds from cameras on your factory floor. Video is processed locally on-site or in an EU-based cloud environment. We do not use facial recognition. We do not retain video for individual scoring. KPIs are aggregated by station and shift, never by individual. Nothing leaves your facility unless you explicitly choose otherwise.
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, set up your pilot, and send relevant updates about your Kasqade deployment. We use website analytics to improve our site. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to team members who need it to provide our services.

We retain contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship. Website analytics are anonymized after 26 months. You can request deletion at any time.
