These terms govern your use of the Kasqade website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Kasqade provides Video AI monitoring for manufacturing environments. We connect to existing IP cameras on your factory floor to detect production events, measure KPIs, and deliver alerts and dashboards.
The pilot program runs for two weeks on one production line. If you continue to a subscription, the pilot fee is credited in full toward your first invoice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and cover up to three cameras per line, video processing, model maintenance, support, and GDPR and works council compliance documentation. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
You are responsible for providing network access to your IP cameras and ensuring you have the legal right to process video from your facility. If a works council or union approval is required, you are responsible for obtaining it. We will help you prepare the documentation.
Video data is processed locally or within an EU-based environment. We act as a data processor under GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included with every subscription. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
All Kasqade software, models, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Kasqade BV. Your factory data and video feeds remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Kasqade is provided as-is. While we aim for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every production event will be detected. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be settled by the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
